New Tier List Placements

5 Star Servants

Tier D

The Demon King Nobunaga is an AoE Buster Avenger with a 3-Buster deck, decidedly focused on offense. She is one of the first Servants capable of changing the field attribute, where in this case, she is capable of applying the Burning field attribute (albiet burning herself in the process), making her also capable of indirectly supporting other Servants that have bonuses on burning fields, such as Nobunaga Berserker. She also comes with Stars per turn, a self 20% NP charge, and a self ATK buff that gradually builds in strength across 3 turns. Defensively, she has a self Invincibility skill that comes with 100% buff removal resist, which can help circumvent buff removal-before-damage NP effects. Her AoE Buster NP itself deals bonus damage against Divine enemies and can remove Divine enemies' defensive buffs before damage, and applies Burn to all enemies. Unfortunately, damage wise, even with her self ATK buff at max, she comes up short compared to her competing Avengers (even those of lower rarity at this time), and her class further makes it less likely for her to benefit from class advantage. After her upgrade, she additionally deals bonus damage against Heaven attribute enemies, which can stack with her anti-Divine damage, giving her better usage cases. Additionally, with the release of Nobukatsu, her performance ceiling becomes remarkably higher.

4 Star Servants

Tier A

Nagao Kagetora is the first welfare ST Arts Lancer, coming with a straightforward and effective kit. She has 1-turn self Arts and Star Gather buffs, party ATK/Crit Damage/Star Drop buffs, and a self 1-turn evade with an NP Gain buff built in. Her 8-hit Arts NP will remove offensive buffs and decrease Critical Rate for the target, while dealing a high amount of damage. She easily reaches impressive damage values due to her status as a Welfare granting her easy access to NP5. Furthermore, her star gather buff, combined with her self Arts and NP Gain buff, allow Nagao to easily fill her NP Gauge after an NP, often enabling her to fire twice in a row even without external help, especially if she can land Critical hits with an NPAA chain. As an offensive Archer boss slayer, Nagao Kagetora is an excellent Servant, and her performance only improves with proper Arts Support.

Nagao Kagetora: x -> A (Avg Score: 8.75) - [NorseFTX - A-][TrubotheDwarf - B+][WhiteRabbit - A][Rathilal - A]

3 Star Servants

Tier C

Mori Nagayoshi touts a unique kit as a 3 star ST Buster Berserker, having a self-sacrificial kit with notable critical performance with self Crit Damage and Gather Rate buffs at decent values. He is capable of reaching 100% debuff resist, although this also will cause all buffs on him to miss for the next three turns; he has a buff that increases his ATK while decreasing his own DEF when normal attacking up to 3 times, and additionally can grant 20 stars upon death. His NP has both Ignore Invincible and Ignore DEF effects, while applying DEF down after damage for 3 turns. Given his Berserker classing, however, star weight can be an issue for his critical performance, and he is inherently fragile without survival options of his own, requiring support for more reliable performance. In addition, his status as a limited 3 star can make it somewhat difficult for Masters to reach NP5 with him. Overall, he may not be the first choice for Berserker damage dealers given the difficulty of navigating his kit, although he can be effective if a team is properly built to accentuate his strengths.

Mori Nagayoshi: x -> C (Avg Score: 6.83) - [NorseFTX - C][TrubotheDwarf - D][WhiteRabbit - C][Rathilal - C+]
