OBR is a mixed rate of fire self buffing RF like her 4 star counterpart T-5000. She forsakes some of the strength of the rate of fire buff on her skill for an accuracy buff, thus letting her increase her hitrate.
Due to this lower multiplier, OBR is about as weak as a 2 star RF at daytime or against evasionless enemies. When fighting enemies with evasion at nighttime, which should be her niche, OBR falls far short of other options like T-5000, M200, SRS, and even non-accuracy selfbuffing RFs like SVD due to her rarity constraints.
OBR is a limited doll, so she’d make a poor budget RF option.
